Jestin Time Youth Leadership & Community Building Program - Level 2

Program Terms & Agreement

By submitting payment, you agree to the following:

1. Program Participation

The Jestin Time Level 2 Youth Program is a structured, instructor-led experience focused on leadership, communication, creativity, and introductory business concepts.

Activities may include:

  • Performance and presentation practice
  • Communication and leadership exercises
  • Creative skill development
  • Guided role-play and real-world scenario activities

Participation is voluntary and supervised.

2. Assumption of Risk

Parents/guardians acknowledge that participation involves general, low-risk activities such as:

  • Group interaction and movement-based activities
  • Performance and presentation exercises
  • Use of basic materials and tools

Jestin Time and the hosting location (Holy Souls Catholic Church) are not liable for minor injuries or incidents that may occur during normal program participation.

3. Allergies & Medical Conditions

It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to participation.

Jestin Time is not responsible for undisclosed conditions.

4. Behavior Expectations

This program includes structured activities that require participation, focus, and respectful interaction.

Students are expected to:

  • Follow instructor guidance
  • Respect others and the learning environment
  • Participate appropriately in group and leadership activities

Repeated disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment secures your child’s placement in the program
  • Due to limited availability and structured planning, refunds are not guaranteed
  • If cancellation is necessary, please notify as early as possible

6. Photo & Media Use

Photos and videos may be captured during the program for promotional and educational purposes.

By participating, you consent to this use unless you have opted out in writing prior to the program start.

7. Program Scope & Guidance

This program introduces basic concepts related to creativity, communication, and business awareness.

It is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or business advising. Parents/guardians are encouraged to guide and support their child as they apply these concepts.

8. Liability Waiver

By registering, you release Jestin Time and Holy Souls Catholic Church from liability related to normal program activities and participation.
